Thermo Auricular Therapy originated thousands of years ago in ancient Egypt, Greece & Rome, although it is the Native Indian Hopi tribe who are thought to have been the most recent contributors, hence it is more commonly known as Hopi Ear Candling. When lit inside the ear the candle creates a warming vibration effect in the ear canal which helps to rebalance pressures in the ear & sinuses.
